We are aware about this issue. It is caused by the Field Group module. You can see it in this post.
We are waiting for a patch and we will apply it once it’s released.

The Field Group module has been u[dated to version 3.1 in the infra.
Please check if everything is ok now.
Can you verify that the Field Group module is in version 3.1 in your website?
If yes try to clear caches. Let me know if this works.
