Dear Colleagues,
I have been trying to bulk add files via WebDAV (using first the browser, then Cyberduck). However, they are not available to users.
For instance, I have uploaded the following file.
The WebDAV link works for me. It’s normal as I am the admin.

The normal link doesn’t work for anyone.

Did I do something wrong? Is there a better way to bulk add files to one’s website? I went into /admin/content/files but couldn’t find a “add file” button? I am missing a module?
