Your website looks very strange indeed, but you can access via https://ut-lhcb.web.cern.ch/user/login. It looks as though you are attempting to build a Bootstrap website inside Drupal. If you do not actually require Drupal for what you wish to build, it would be better to create a WebEOS website.

thanks for your reply. i haven’t tried to do anything. yesterday the website was working properly and today i am experiencing this problem.
basically i managed to sign in using a different browser but the theme has changed without any operation from my side.
could you please let me know if there is anything that can be done to solve this issue?

In that case you should be able to restore the website from a backup; please check via https://webservices-portal.web.cern.ch/. However, it is concerning to hear that you have not made any changes despite the theme having been changed. Please ensure that only the people who are supposed to have access may access the website.

indeed this is very concerning. essentially when this sort of issue is not new to me.
i am the only administrator and probably the only person adding information.
I am restoring from the latest backup and i’ll keep you informed on the outcome.

if i am not mistaken, the last day i added information was on the 22nd. and everything seem to work ok.
in terms of installing modules, changing themes, etc i haven’t done anything for several months.
i tried to recover the backup from 2022_09_27 and nothing changed.
