Is there any way to display Last and First names of the authenticated users in Drupal settings instead of the Usernames, in particular when extracting the webforms results?
I have been looking here
but it seems that I cannot change those settings.

Yes. You need to enable the CERN Profile - Display Name module. You will start see the real names of the users the next time they sign in to the website.

Regarding the institute I don’t know. The module was developer by the Drupal Infrastructure team. You can open a ticket to them and ask.
