I just discover that there is an error message on our website https://translation-council-support-group.web.cern.ch/

translation-council-support-group.web.cern.ch is currently under maintenance. We should be back shortly. Thank you for your patience."

I don’t understand what is the problem.
I did the updates for Drupal 9 with one of your colleagues and he said it would be ok.
Now, I don’t know what to do, could you please help me?

I’m not sure why this is the case, but, as site administrator, you can fix it by signing in to your website and visiting https://translation-council-support-group.web.cern.ch/admin/config/development/maintenance
