I have a security issue with a single sign-on, after clicking on login, a security message is displayed

After “Reload” and log-in a red message is showed

“Failed to get authentication tokens for Generic. Check logs for further details.”

The answer is outside of the Drupal infrastructure, SSO is down, Outage - CERN Service Portal: easy access to services at CERN.
