How to create a feed to parse an Oracle database

Hi,

I would like to create a feed which will parse information from an Oracle database and store them in a content type. Is there any contributed module in D8 that I can use? If yes, can you describe me how I can implement it?

Do we have any update concerning this issue? I remember that @kplatis told me that someone had worked in something similar using an external module.
