How to increase the size of a box around a picture?

Hi,
I have this page : https://test-2-ep-th-safety.web.cern.ch/team and I would like to increase the box so I can put image with the size for the top rigth example (James Devine) ?
What should I modify ?

Do you try to use the Related Card component or do you try to apply a custom solution?

I have no idea as I am taking a site build by somebody else who left.
But even in th erelated card component I don’t see where or how I can change the size of the card

It seems that the previous admin tried to use a component but the mapping looks wrong. I can modify it to see how it can look like.
