I have just created my test site. Now I can find a lot of documentation and tutorials about Drupal, but I can’t find any where how/where to download the Drupal software. CERN CMF ? Directly on Drupal site ?
Apparently I was too fast. My test site was available, but yet without the manager. Right now it is, so problem solved
