iCal Link to Indico in Drupal 8?

Hi everyone,

I’m working on setting up a small iCal-linked block to display a given day’s ATLAS meetings. I understand that I can set up a feed with Drupal 8 and give it the necessary keys to access indico, but I don’t see any way to parse an iCal RSS feed built in to Drupal without importing some new module. Is there a way to do this with the default packages available in the CERN distribution?

Hi Alec,

The current CERN Indico Feeds and Events modules import the ical field from the indico events and map it to a Drupal field. Is this what you want?

Thanks for the reply. I think that’s what I’m looking for - I just looked through my permissions and it seems as though I previously did not have permission to set up iCal feeds on the webpage. I’ll look into that!
