I would like to install and use a pop-up module in a block (announcements & news in my website) so as to make an information more attractive and fast visible when opening a page. Could you please advise how I could do that?

I dont have enough context about your website, however:
- If you use a bootstrap-based theme, hence a theme that inherits from bootstrap, then the popups are already implemented within the theme. You can find more info here https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/modal/
