I took a look at your website and I don’t see anything wrong. This is the content you have in the detail tab of your node:

It is exactly the same.

If you look really closely, the last topic, “Holidays” under the “List” is missing in the page display.
This is the issue, I do not understand why it doesn’t show.

This view is using the Teaser of the content type and under its manage display you had the body set to Smart trimmed for Teaser (https://te-data-protection.web.cern.ch/admin/structure/types/manage/privacy_notes_accordion/display/teaser)
I have updated it to default. Now it will display all the content.
