I see that you are in the admin e-group of the website so you should be able to sign in as an admin.

What exactly is the issue?

Eduardo fixed the problem.
He mentioned that:
" on the SimpleSamlPhpAuth configuration, on the roles/e-group mapping, there was a new line character. This config option is very sensible to syntax errors without really giving too much information about the error."
