Hello Christophe,
Its the main navigation menu placed in the right sidebar of the page. It works the same for the left sidebar too. For the current version of the theme it works only for the main menu (Main Navigation) but in v2.6.4 of the CERN theme that will be deployed soon, it will will work for any menu placed in the sidebars.
