No access to my website after Drupal 9 update

Hello,
I’m not sure whether I should open a ticket or discuss this here?
I have no access to my website hev.web.cern.ch since (I guess) you did the upgrade to Drupal 9.
Can’t acces the login page either.
I thought I had done the necessary checks before the update.

As this is a public forum, I will refrain from pasting the exact errors thrown by your website, but it looks as though you have one or more incompatible themes and/or modules installed. You need to make sure that everything you have installed and enabled on your website is compatible with Drupal 9. Please note that you can still access your website through oc (see https://drupal-tools.web.cern.ch/work-with-openshift-cli) and webDAV (see https://drupal-tools.web.cern.ch/access-webdav-in-openshift-macos). Specifically, you are having issues with the permissions_by_term module.
