Page crashes due to cern-components/patterns/molecules/row/row.html.twig

Hi there,

I am upgrading our Drupal 8 test site to Drupal 9 and found one crashed page:
https://ams02test.web.cern.ch/publications

The error message starts with:

Twig\Error\RuntimeError: The “replace” filter expects an array or “Traversable” as replace values, got “string”. in twig_replace_filter() (line 177 of modules/custom/cern-components/patterns/molecules/row/row.html.twig).

Could you help me to identify whether this is a problem related to this module?
