Restricted access - webdav

Hello,

I need to access the filesystem of the sce-dep department.
I am following the steps described here:

But when I click on “create drupal site”, I have an error message “restriced access you don’t have access to this section due to cluster policy”.
I followed the same steps last week and it went perfectly well.

Do you know why I am seeing this message?

In order to access the OKD interface, your account must have elevated permissions.
