Summary
In some instances of migrated webforms with multiple choice lists, the description of each item doesn’t appear next to the checkbox. However it shows up as a tooltip on hover.
Steps to reproduce
Example:
https://acad-qr-temp.web.cern.ch/webform/questionnaire-no-2-science-and-technology-2019-2020
You need to enable the Webform Bootstrap module and then go to https://acad-qr-temp.web.cern.ch/admin/structure/webform/config/elements
Change the Default description display from default to after. Save and clear caches.
I have already done this for the acad-qr-temp website.
