Are you please able to confirm whether anonymous visitors are supposed to be able to access?

The website is not accessible because it got broken when updated to Drupal9.
Seeing https://survey-poll.web.cern.ch/admin/reports/upgrade-status, it seems that it might be related with Webform Analysis ?
In any case the “original” website is now served under https://original-survey-poll.web.cern.ch/, where you can investigate and fix the website. The https://survey-poll.web.cern.ch is being served by a backup that still is in Drupal8.
I’ll let @joachim guide you with any debugging/issues.
Please let me know when it is fixed so we can revert back to the original website.

Many thanks for the super fast response. I am now able to access https://survey-poll.web.cern.ch/, but not https://original-survey-poll.web.cern.ch . I am getting the following error
The website is used for collecting the answers via the webforms. I need the webform module, but not the webform analysis module.
What is the best way to proceed now: is it safe to create a new webform now and send it to the collaboration or we are running the risk that the website breaks again? Should I delete the web analysis module?

Thanks for the update. Are you please able to confirm whether you are using survey-poll to serve the actual surveys, and then collect the results on the original-survey-poll website? If you are not using the Webform Analysis module, I would very much encourage you to remove that as that very well could have caused the issues you were originally experiencing on survey-poll.

I am using survey-poll only. I clicked on original-survey-poll link as suggested by Francisco, to “investigate and fix the website”, but I am not able to do that. survey-poll works fine now, as before (I imagine that Francisco fixed something right after I sent my first message). My question is : is it safe to continue using survey-poll even though “it is served by a backup that still is in Drupal8”? I uninstalled the webform analysis module now on survey-poll.

Apologies for the confusion on the two websites; I see what you mean. You should be able to safely use the survey-poll website despite it being served via Drupal 8. The reason why I cannot give you a guarantee is because Drupal 8 reached its end-of-life back in November. This means that when a serious security issue is discovered, we are forced to take any remaining Drupal 8 websites offline or make them static. This could be tomorrow or it could be in six months. As such, it would obviously be best to get the website updated to Drupal 9 as soon as possible. However, this is something we can work on in parallel and only actually move traffic to a Drupal 9 copy of your website once we have confirmed the installation. No data would be impacted.

Thanks. We have somewhat of an urgent issue now. Yesterday, the webform https://survey-poll.web.cern.ch/form/ecsb-february-2022 completly disappeared from the website following some update/upgrade. Can I do something to revive it?
