Websites that I moderate does not appear in my sites on Web Services Portal

Thanks to share this with us.
After consultation with IT, this issue is not a Drupal problem, so may I recommend to create a Service Desk ticket?.
The problem is more related how to display the information and as you mentioned above some information is missing.
