Cannot add locally stored images in CERN Full HTML

Summary

On belgium.cern, I cannot add any image locally stored in CERN Full HTML, Full HTML and Basic HTML.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add content > Article
  2. In the body, try to insert an image (not CDS, local)
  3. Select local image file and add alternative text
  4. Click Save
  5. The filename has been deleted and the following message is displayed: Image field is required and it claims that no file was selected.

Possible fixes

First upload all my picture in CDS, but this is clearly cumbersome. Some of my articles need only one image. Not going to create a CDS record everytime I need to add one picture in one article.

Related issues

I though it was related to a previous bug: Cannot add image in CERN Full HTML long text fields (CKEditor) - Online Support Service - Drupal community

But when trying to remove the “add image” option from CKEditor (to add it later), I get the following error message: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

Seems the website is in a weird state…
