Empty tab fields after upgrading to Drupal 8.9.1

Summary

After upgrading to Drupal 8.9.1, the horizontal tabs labels in admin pages appear empty.

Possible Fixes

This is caused from the contributed module Field Group and it is already repored.

Steps to reproduce

Open any edit page that uses horizontal tabs (eg. landing page)

Update

The issue is resolved when updating Field Group module to version 3.1.
